Shipping and Delivery FAQ

How long will it take for my products to arrive?

Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from their respective facilities within 1-2 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive an order tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you. 

Overall lead time for you to received your order will be in within 3 - 7 business days.

Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after festive season or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. Very much appreciate for your patient and understanding. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! 


Delivery Option:-

1) Standard Free Delivery (3-7 Business Days) : Free for all delivery within Peninsular Malaysia

2) Express Delivery (Within 3 Business Days) : There is an extra fee for this option and you may also contact us to arrange a specific delivery date. *Only available for KL/Klang Valley*

3) Delivery + Mattress Disposal : We offer disposal service upon mattress delivery with an extra fee for this service. Only available for KL/Klang Valley - for mattress purchased only.*


Will I received the mattress is fully packaging or compressed box?

By default, the mattress will be compress in box and we will engage with a 3rd party delivery company to do the delivery.

For KL/Klang Valley delivery only, the mattress may comes with fully wrap packaging (without compress) or in a box (with compress). It will depends on our team arrangement, as we may engage with our own dispatch team to deliver your mattress. Mattress packaging type may vary with the space capacity available on our dispatch team vehicle. 

Do request to us beforehand if you have any specific condition you would like the mattress be pack. 


Can I pick up the products by myself?

Our warehouse is located in Selangor via this address here. Of course, you can pick up yourself. Do get in touch with us and we will provide you the pick up time.


Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

The delivery address can be changed as long as your order has not been dispatched for delivery. Once dispatched, it may be difficult for us to change the details, but do get in touch with us and we’ll see how we can help.


What happens if I’m not at home to receive my products?

The courier will give you a phone call to arrange the delivery and will usually try to deliver the item twice. If no one is there to collect the item, the courier will leave instructions on the nearest center to pick it up from for a limited time.


Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?

Yes you can request to us for delivery in KL/Klang Valley area. As for delivery outside these area, since we engage with a third party courier, we're unable to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date—occasionally weather or operational delay could impact your delivery by a day or so. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. Depending on the courier in charge, the courier may give you a phone call to successfully arrange the delivery.


Is the shipping free in Malaysia?

Yes, 100% free within Peninsular Malaysia.


Do you ship to East Malaysia?

Yes, we do but please note that we will charge a separate delivery fee to East Malaysia. The fee will be displayed upon check out page when you key in your details. Do get in touch with us if you need any help.


Do you ship abroad?

We currently sell our products in Malaysia, Singapore and China. Our team is working on bringing the Naturenite experience to even more countries for our international customers!
