Great response and fast delivery. Does not have any issue receiving the mattress. Service is great. Mattress is not that firm, its more to medium firm feel. Would rate the firmness at around 7.2/10. May be it have to do with my weight as I'm quite heavy. Firmness may vary for others. No issue sleeping on this mattress so far.
