Mattress is great. First time buying mattress online, and was surprised on how comfortable this Naturenite mattress is. Mattress is firm, yet the softness layer on the surface are able to gives a very comfortable sleep. Don't like those very soft mattress as given our current age, its very difficult to get up with a soft mattress. Naturenite mattress fits perfectly to my needs. Overall great experience & good quality products.

Mattress really gives me better sleep as advertise. It provides us a proper posture while sleeping thus waking up every morning feeling refreshing. Mattress is not too firm or too soft. Great balance of comfort and good support. However, the free pillow is a bit too low for me, and thanks a lot too Mr.Ron for helping us change the pillow. Now it is perfect!!

Response from Ron to my questions were quick and clear. The product was delivered within three days by the delivery team on a Sunday, which was their rest day. Really appreciate and fully satisfied with the service and delivery. The mattress topper is more than what I expected. This is already the fourth day I slept on it and I'm free of the neck pain I've had for months. Probably the free contour pillows that came along with the topper helped too. Thank you Naturenite.

Good quality mattress 👍🏼

Mattress received in good condition. It is very soft and comfortable. The only things about it is the thermal fabric feels hot for my husband. Though the description says it is good for blood circulation, those who sensitive to heat may not be suitable for it. Should have choose the active cooling fabric option. Luckily Naturenite have a very good and well manner after sales service. They are willing to help me exchange to the cooling topper without any extra charges. 100/10 for their great service. Now we are very happy with the mattress :)
