    I am honestly so happy with my Identity Max. Was in the market for a new mattress, but particularly one that is medium firm to firm. Identity Max was a good choice as it does not sink in and is not too soft.

    The material is lux and it feels expensive to sleep on. Happy customer right here.

    Was quite impress with Naturenite mattress. The mattress is thick and overall appearance looks luxury. Mattress is giving me a quality sleep after a night of trial.     Naturenite Identity Max mattress

    The delivery is on time as agreed. The unboxing process is pretty straight forward and relatively easy for such a King Size mattress.
    After almost a year+ of not sleeping well due to my aged mattress, me and my wife had a fantastic sleep just in a day using this Naturenite Identity Max Mattress. It's felts so comfortable for my entire body also my wife is not complaining backache. I would recommend this brand to my friends.

    Comfortable Mattress!

    This is really different from the conventional mattress where it doesn't have the bouncy structure. As I am big guy myself, it really helps absorb my whole body firmly. I felt really comfortable sleeping so far and doesn't have any backpain issue. However the rubber smell is quite noticeable but it's a good thing right since they use pure rubber? Delivery was quick, ordered on Tuesday and arrived on Thursday The team also was nice to had assist me on my query during public holiday (via FB) and kind enough to change the comforter/bedsheet with pillow which I requested. Anyway I bought this as this brand after cancelling my order from O**gin mattress which didn't arrived after 10 days waiting and this brand featured in TrustedMalaysia review hence I chose this as a replacement.

    5 SIMPLE STEPS TO UNBOX THE IDENTITY MATTRESS

    CARE AND WASH GUIDE

    • The mattress are to be opened within 3 weeks upon received. There may be a risk of defect if it is keep in box for too long.
    • The mattress should not be washed using washing machines. Recommended to hand wash or air dry.
    • The mattress contains natural anti-microbial properties hence minimal maintenance is needed. Natural latex must not be exposed to direct sunlight as the UV rays would oxidize the material causing damage and deterioration to the sleep quality it’s supposed to provide.
    • To clean the mattress in case it gets dirty, use a clean towel soaked with water or a mild detergent mixture. After cleaning the stain, place fresh towels on both sides of the mattress and press out excess moisture if any. Let it air dry on a flat surface and away from direct sunlight.
