The topper is soft enough to give my shoulders a comfortable cushion and hug when I sleep on my sides. It does not hurt and keep me warm in aircond room, and cool with fan only.
I still have yet to received the mattress and having nightmares already. Poor delivery arrangement by J&T, upon checking the delivery status waybill number 300072005115 till today I have yet to received. This is poor customer service and wondering what will it be like if during after sales and service. I wonder how long does it takes to deliver a mattress from Klang to Seri Kembangan. Please make improvement. I am not happy.
