What does the warranty cover?

Our products are covered by warranty from the date of delivery and collection. This warranty is not transferable and covers only the original purchaser who continues to be the owner of the product.

How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period of products are as follows:

  • Pillows - 3 years

  • Toppers - 5 years

  • Mattresses - 7 years

Please keep your receipt as your warranty record.

My product arrived defective or damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that your product arrived in less than perfect condition! We'd love to help you resolve this issue right away with the help of our Quality Assurance team. They'll need to know a bit of information on your order as well as the issue you're experiencing with your product.
